Is there a way to send out multiple Tweets?
I need to send to more than one twitter account at once.

What I would do is this: Create a third Twitter account and use TwitterFeed.com to send that new account's RSS feed to both accounts. Or, download Twhirl which can connect to multiple Twitter accounts.
